Recruitment and talent discovery, built on player information, club needs and data
DELAP is a football scouting project. We aim to understand what clubs need, discover overlooked players and present relevant information to support their assessment.
Focus: Starting in South Korea, our goal is to expand into global markets. Our initial focus is on players aged 18–23, particularly those released from academies or clubs and university players who have not yet had enough opportunities.

Players need an opportunity to show what they can offer. Clubs need clear information to assess whether a player fits their team.
DELAP aims to connect these needs by focusing on the qualities a player demonstrates in matches and how those qualities relate to a club's requirements.

04 · FOUNDER – HWANG TAEHWAN
My name is Hwang Taehwan, and I am the founder of DELAP.
My experience playing competitive football in high school taught me that talent and potential do not always lead to equal opportunities.
There are talented players whose abilities remain unnoticed, while football clubs often face challenges in identifying players who match their specific needs.
I founded DELAP with the ambition of bridging this gap.
DELAP is being developed as a football scouting and talent discovery business, combining on-the-ground observation, match footage, and structured player information to identify overlooked talent and connect relevant players with clubs.
Starting in South Korea, my goal is to expand worldwide and ultimately build an international scouting network where players can have their talent discovered regardless of geographical boundaries or personal circumstances.
My vision is clear: to ensure that potential is not lost because of limited opportunities, while providing football clubs with better information and new recruitment possibilities.
